Since 2007, Sarah has been investigating interactive performance with electronics. She works on expanding the pianist’s 'performance environment' and is supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Her collaborative partners have included Richard Barrett, Michael Edwards, Ruth Wall (a harpist using preparations and electronics) and Jonathan Green, a young composer / technologist investigating the use of wireless sensors. She continues to perform with Alexander's Annexe, collaboration with sound technologist David Sheppard and WARP artist Mira Calix, with whom she has performed throughout Europe (Transmedial, SONAR etc) and released Push Door To Exit on the WARP label.
