James Bulley

James Bulley is an artist, composer and researcher whose practice explores the dialogue between music and sound art.

Most recent works include Score Study II (forthcoming, 2012), Maelstrom, created in collaboration with Daniel Jones (Barbican, November 2011), and This Is Where You Got To When You Came In (Bush Theatre, 2011), created with artist group Non Zero One. Other large-scale works include Variable 4, created in collaboration with Daniel Jones, an ongoing series of installations resulting from a commission and artist residency from Aldeburgh Music(May 2011),and a PRSF Live Connections award (May 2010).

Work has been exhibited at various galleries and sites, including the Queen Elizabeth Hall (Equal Temperance, 2009), the Southbank Centre (Kindertransport, 2010), the London Festival of Architecture (X Street, 2010) and the UK Young Artists Festival (Connection Failed, 2010).
